Ordering Designer Shoes
Regarding your shoe size... Our shoes are made on a regular women's lasts that are scaled down to small sizes. Women's sizes run LARGER than children's sizes. For example, if you have been wearing size 2 in children's you probably need a 3 or 3 1/2 in a woman's shoe.

To save you time and money, we are trying to reduce exchanges. Although exchanges are frustrating, they may be necessary in order to get a correct fit. We encourage all new customers to fax an outline of your feet standing so we can better judge your size. Our fax number is 1 (714) 899-2024.
Back Orders... We don't offer a style, color, or size we don't expect to ship. We fill all orders within 48 hours based on product availability. Unfortunately there are times when suppliers are unable to deliver to us and we can't fill your order in a timely fashion. Sometimes a style exceeds our expectations and we are sold out within a few weeks. If we are unable to fill your order immediately we will let you know. We will give you an approximate delivery time to assist you.
Returns/Exchanges... There is a return form on every packing slip in every package. Please fill it out completely, letting us know why you are returning the item and if you would like an exchange, the amount credited to your account or a refund. This information will help us assist you with future purchases. Please insure your package and pre-pay shipping. We do not accept CODs, and those marked "return to sender" usually do not make it back to us. Wrap your returns securely (in the original box if possible) and ship Parcel Post or UPS to:

Mailing charges are not refundable. The full price of merchandise will be refunded or shoes exchanged if returned UNWORN within 10 days of receiving.

- Do not send cash as we cannot assume responsibility for its loss. Send check, money order, or use Visa/MasterCard.
- Planning to move? Let us know immediately so you won't miss a catalog or special. The Post Office does not forward our catalogues but returns them to us. To ensure continued delivery send us your old and new address so we can update our files. Always include complete name, address, zip code number for both the old and the new address. It is preferable to send us the label from you old catalog with the new information.

$22.00 for the first pair $2.00 for each additional pair, you can receive your order two business days after shipping. Each back order will be mailed standard mail.
We ship via FedEx and can expedite orders if you give us a street delivery address rather than a post office box.
Foreign Shipment... All orders must be submitted in US funds. Rates may vary depending on destination. Actual freight will be billed on shipping. When possible we will advise prior to shipping.
