Purchase a return label for you exchange/refund.

Please make a note on the customer notes section with how many items you are returning.

After we receive the order for a return label, we will EMAIL a UPS return label to you.

Pack your shoes in the smallest box they can fit in and simply drop the package off to a UPS location or drop box.

The email we provide will come from UPS (not from Cinderella of Boston).
